Was dirty smell like if a cat peee in the main bedroom and bathroom. We found small cucarachas on kitchen and barroom Towels and bedsheets were old and at end of usable life. There was not local tv or tv at all.

The fact that it was very clean.

The fact that we couldn't find the building due to one way streets. The box spring in one of the bedrooms is broken. The parking area gate hit my car due to the call box being so close to the gate.

Location was great, shower was good, running water was good. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. AC works until we lost power once, but it got restored once we said something.

Roaches everywhere! The place is falling apart. Door handles are about to fall off, baseboard hanging off, drawer’s broken. One of the bedroom’s did not have a blanket, and after asking four times over a couple of days, they bring us another sheet. Finally said forget it. Back to the roaches. We had a couple that lived in the fridges for the whole week. I have no idea how roaches get in the fridge. Whenever we turned on a light in the bathroom, roaches would scurry. Eventually just left all the lights on hoping they would stay in hiding. Open the silverware drawer and they would be running around, scare you. Just kind of gross. Also having a couple of people staying and only having one key is very inconvenient. We asked many times if we could have another, no success. And I know for a fact that friends staying in another room had multiple keys, so it can be done.
