The location is prime and it came with a car park space as well. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Minimalistic in decor, which is always nice. The beds were very good and the overall size, layout of the flat and floor were great.

I have to mention this as i did encounter a problem. The staff was attentive however, i was not offered a solution to the problem i reported. The main bedroom closet doors was off the rails and damaged, when i reported this, they did not agree but on my request they sent a handyman in my absence to check. The technician didn't fix this and the property mgmt. team simply dismissed my claims stating there was no issues observed. Additionally, the main bedroom en-suite shower head and pipe had a leakage that was checked and reported but not fixed as they needed to change the piece. The duvets were missing, which were later supplied on request. These were not big issues, but annoying ones, so my suggestion is, please improve the service and you will have happy guests returning to your properties.

It's run down, view glass dirty & pool glass, reception area chair unsuitable either holes the bathroom had roaches and well as the kitchen, 1 bathroom plumbing exposed and dirty and tiles lifted the jacuzzi paint IA coming up and it doesn't heat up the photos doesn't match the property maybe they was taken when it was new

The floor wasn't clean and there were no hand towels or dish towels and about 3 squares of paper towel.
