Being on a boat overnight

Nous avons été transféré sur le bateau lily cruise Une belle croisière de 1 nuit. personnel au petit soin une belle chambre spacieuse pour un bateau. La nourriture est abondante on a eu l impression de tout le temps manger et beaucoup 😅 une belle terrasse avec un jacuzzi. Très bon qualité/prix

Le service au restaurant était tres bien mais trop rapide à mon gout!!! on avait a peine le temps de macher et avaler qu ils voulaient nous enlever l assiette pour envoyer la suite 🥴 pas l habitude de manger trop et rapidement comme ça !! Sinon tout était bien rien à signaler

Best tour in vietnam ever. Cruise was clean, well prepared . Classic and basic than the other cruise but this is very reasonable and excellent service. Very worth it. It like 5 star service and foods. Activites and tour was superb, same like what the expensive cruises did too. Highly recomended. If you want to enjoy Halong Bay must stay min 1night. This cruise is the best and very reasonable

Add some background s9ft music on the top deck while watching the breathaking scenery

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They booked transport to and from Sapa at great prices. Also booked our tickets to Fansipan. We felt really looked after. Our room was delightful and had a wonderful view. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

Water shortage to use in the bathroom there were long hours in the night and morning when there was no.water at all to use in the bathroom or even to flush the toilet. Staff are really nice, food they prepared are nice. It's a balance of good and bad experience

I did not realise that there would be so many other tourist in what is advertised as unspoilt islands.

Friendly, helpful staff/crew. Meals were plentiful.

Bed hard and uncomfortable, not much sleep that night. Verbal description of intended itineraries given on boat were very hard to hear and understand. Language barrier with staff - we speak English. Overcrowded with boats and rude pushy tourists onshore.

Rooms look very different from what is in the pictures, though personnel was very pleasant and did their best
