"The cleanest hotel ever experienced in Indonesia."

The cleanest stay in Indonesia I have ever experienced (been there a gazillion times). Room is comfy and the bed was great! Staff is some what neutral to friendly.

I booked right out of the map (said 10 min drive) for it to be close to the airport. Well it was still 30 to 45 minutes drive on a very quiet traffic. The hotel can't do anything about this ofcourse. The hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle service like what I'm used to being "close" to the airport.

staff were friendly right from the security as you arrived through the friendly receptionist, housekeeper and the restaurant. great place worth it.

Could have been better if the hotel advertised that the airport shuttle is available on request. I didnt know until the checked out day.

The hotel is clean and in a good location for travelers from/to the airport. Breakfast and food are delicious and the staff is very kind. Sami was really nice! I had a fantastic experience as a solo traveler.
