Hotel, room was very nice. Pancakes and omelett was good. Friendly Staff.

Few types of western food that I like. Only pancakes and omelett was good.

The property was clean throughout and had nice views of the surrounding area. The pool and gym were nice additions to our stay and the breakfast buffet was to a decent standard. We were put in a smoking room on our first night (our own fault as we didn’t realise this was a thing), but the reception staff were very accommodating and moved us into a non-smoking room for the rest of our stay.

Very noisy neighbours and staying on the smoking floor wasn’t great- so definitely make sure to book non-smoking rooms where you can. The air conditioning in the gym also was not working at the time of our stay.

The reception manger was so rude She treated us like a trash

Location is close to the airport , about 20 minutes without traffic. With shops and street foods in walking distance. Swimming pool was clean . Breakfast was good but could be more variety.

Requested a double bed for 2 rooms. But only got one. There was a miscommunication and language barrier with the front desk. They thought double bed was “double” the bed . Therefore they gave 2 single beds instead. I also had to wait extra 30 minutes for them to prepare the room , i got there at around 4pm , (2 hours after check in time). The toilet and room were average but the sink and shower drain were clogged up. So it was unpleasant.

Staff on reception were excellent. So helpful and willing to put themselves out to welcome us Most grateful

A cooked meal from the restaurant was cold. Concerned in car the fish had gone off. Staff quickly replaced the food with fresh hot food
