"Bad location, terrible attitude and tasteless food!"

Nothing to be honest!

The staff’s attitude as one of the ladies said “you are an Arab you have a lot of money” she thinks that she’s funny? Their breakfast was lame and tasteless! The room I booked was a single king size bed and they gave me 2 single beds.

"Good price, but the rooms are dated. Pictures of the property are much better than the reality."

The price was good.

The rooms were a little dated - the furniture was pretty old, there were water stains on the chair and the walls could do with a new coat of paint. The room also smelt a little funny.

Love this place, would definitely stay again if passing through Jakarta. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean and well designed. Food at the restaurant is great and the staff are very accommodating.

There was a big convention there at the time so getting service in the restaurant with so many people was challenging, at no fault of the staff I'm sure!

"Good 1-night stay close to the Airport"

Perfect hotel to stay one night, before getting a flight from Jakarta Airport the next morning. Efficient rooms, nothing fancy but clean. Breakfast is ok.

We booked this hotel for the access to the Airport and for the pool. Unfortunately the pool closed at 18:00 and we arrived 5 minutes before. No dip in the pool for us to freshen up.

Nice hotel. Nice pool. Good choice for breakfast.

The room, while adequate, didn't quite match the grandeur of the entrance. It provided only essential amenities like tea, coffee, and water. However, it fell short of the luxurious standards found in many 4-star hotels.
