Property was really nice and great hosts that went the extra mile , it is situated a bit away from the beach but this was perfect as it was quiet and the hosts helped us with tuk tuk rides to wherever we needed as well as giving recommendations and helping in every way we needed , really recommend this property will definitely return

The owner was lovely, we got to use the BBQ and kitchen. Nice quiet little villa just what we needed after being in hostels. Good price aswell. People working here were polite and friendly.

Quiet area away from main road & city & shops. Hosts were good. Nice clean pool right outside the room. Room spacious. Tea making facilities and fridge. Breakfast was ok. Beach was a bit far. Need car or transport to get there but it’s a lovely beach. Quite lively and busy. Bars restaurants and reasonable priced massage on beach.

Room was quite basic. Towels a bit worn out. No toiletries given except a bar of soap for basin. Quite far from main shops and restaurants so you would need own transport / taxi to go out. We had hot water in the evening when we checked in but no hot water in morning. Could not find anyone in reception or anywhere in building to ask about it. Finally we had to call them on phone and someone came down to fix it. Took a while but they managed to do it. Lots of mosquitoes at night. No mosquito net on bed. Overall ok for 1 night stay

The garden area was very tranquil, loved the greenery and a generous pool, also liked to see the peacocks and monkeys. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and breakfast was very good. It was 2.6 km to the beach, we knew that when we booked it, but the manager was able to organise a Tuk Tuk for us whatever time we wanted ie 6am for whale watching and late evening for pizza pick up. Everything here was perfect 🤩

The property was tidy, and the pool was clean! We woke up to see peacocks outside our window, and it was beautiful. We were also greeted with welcome juice!

The construction was incomplete in several areas. The staff did not understand English, and it was difficult to communicate with them. However, the property was comfortable.

I love the place, it has everything you need and the managers are very kind and friendly
