Everything…..the building is absolutely stunning….the room was immaculate….best nights sleep. Best pillows in downham! 😴…..location just perfect. Looking to come and stay again. ❤️

A very helpful member of staff named David.

A lit sign to the car park behind the hotel as we travelled in at night and without the exceptional help of David we would have been driving around for ages, please place some lighting around the hotel sign at rear entrance please.
