Serenity Room JFK

Strong cigarette and weird smell.

Appeared to be clean and well kept.

My room was changed at the last minute.

Parking is easy because the street is not a busy one.

The amenity description is ambiguous. Kitchen microwave is broken. Upon contacting the manager, he said that was clearly stated which is not true. He offered using stove forgetting that not all food can be heated with stove. Most of my food got spoiled. Room was too cold and heating system won’t turn on despite the cold weather. Manager responses to request or complain does not reflect any human sympathy.

I paid for it at work a lot when I got there outside did not like the neighborhood and the place so I went to book another place close where my kids can walk lost my money

I was supposed to have this accomodation but was tranfered with a short notice to another one a few blocks away due to issues in the original one. However, the communication was clear and this caused no trouble. The alternative property, as well as the original one, are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property, which was apparently the home of the hosts, was very clean and cozy. Complementary coffee and tea were provided. Easy access to JFK, so this is a perfect place to spend a night between flights.

Cheap and easy to enter.

There where no towels, or messages that we need a towel. The only reason for the stay, was to refresh before a flight. Big disappointment. I messaged the host, and not message back.

Well 1st the booking says airport shuttle is available when it is only available going to the airport and when I tried to set up there was no response, also the place was double booked,when I arrived there was already another family there stating they rented all three rooms, it was a mess and there’s no privacy, you hear everything going on it the house, if your going to rent out individual rooms there should be locks on the doors, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my things in the room since there was no manageable lock

High-level hospitality. Very clean. Highly recommended — an excellent place with great prices.
