Kind of regimented

The room was very clean and nicely arranged

I didn't like my first encounter when I first arrived. The owner gave me a very hard time because I arrived early. I froze outside waiting 3 hours for the room to be cleaned. She did offer a cab to go to another place but I did not accept. She said there was no place inside to wait but I found that not to be true once I got inside there is a sectional chair piece when you walk in unoccupied. I found it very rude and unprofessional that I had to sit outside in the cold. I wanted to stay where I booked. When the room was cleaned the first time after a week. She asked what day I preferred and that they cleaned the room every 5 days. I thought that was a trick question because every 5 days is not the same day every five days. So I said Friday is fine, she never responded back or sent anyone to clean the room. I was there for a month, and the room was cleaned twice only. I never said anything or complained. Another thing is the bathroom. It was cleaned very well when it was cleaned, but I did not like sharing it was disgusting how the other people would leave it. I was afraid of catching something. New experience for me. I don't personally have anything against anyone, I just wanted to point out some things, I could say more but, I'll say less. I've said enough the staff was very nice and polite. It could be the texting that's s problem that's what the owner preferred. It's very easy to have misunderstandings through text messages. One last thing there was no key to my room door so I really couldn't do what I needed to while I was there as far as leaving. I would only go to the store or laundry and come right back. Once I came back just in time to meet people trying to go into the room new booking I guess but all the rooms were occupied, mine didn't have a key. I was offered a different room but I was so used to the one I was in I didn't accept. I didn't want to pack up all my things again to have to unpack.

The first place on Mott ave stunk of weed, but once I got there she told me there was a problem, and I had to move to the second location which was fine.

the property was ok as far as looks

first, no easy way of transportation other than Uber to the closes train station, customer switch location at the last minute when I called to verify location upon arrival. She told us to remove our shoes thou the floor was not clean, she told us we could not gather as a family at the living room area, she proceeded to cover the sofas, She told my sister that she should not have phone conversations in the living room though she was the only one there, they had one roll of toilet paper in bathroom that was shared by three rooms. I had to look around for some paper and could not find any in the bathroom cabinet or in the nearby closet. I sent a message to the host, but it did not respond at all. I went looking around the rest of the property to find some at the lower level. She saw that we had brought food to eat that night after arriving and did not any moment while she was at the kitchen counter to tell use the island or invited us to sit down. Instead it was a guest of the host, appeared to be discussing business, was the one who said to us " would you like to sit here on the island eat your food" she just kept silent. she has no night lights to illuminate the staircase going up the rooms. The bath tub needs to be rooted because it fills up immediately. The toilet seat needs replacement, one of the screws appear to be broken and when sitting, you weren't sure if you were going to fall in. I had to advise her to raise the temperature in the area it was set to 65 degrees and apparently the window to my room had been left open, no curtains or good blinds to cover up the windows from the flood light that illuminated the area from the neighboring home. Garbage set in the kitchen area for a few days. Kitchen sink was not clean, left over food dropping in the sink overnight. Sorry I am not able to load photos at this time but I do have some.
