It was relatively clean.

My door could not close which made me uncomfortable.

Booking.com gave us a place in New York instead of California

The room I stayed in was in Dunbar street as there was an issue at the orginal address, that adress was only two minutes down the road. The house is lovely, the room was very clean and smart, there was no issue at all with the room and they even provided a wifi connection. The sea is just five minutes along, they offrred free coffee and have a connected taxi service to the airport. They give you access to a shower, you are allowed to come and go as you please using a connected entry door code. It is very worth the money if you need a quick and feasable hotel stay.

Unfortunately though the female host was polite and professional she and her likely partner had been discussing me very innapropriately and made my stay uncomfortable and fearful, it was intimidating and coercive and that made me feel unwelcome. I could have said that I was unhappy about their behaviour and left for alternative arrangements but I had to stay and ignore the behaviour over three days. The only other thing that may have bothered a guest is the late night plane arrivals at the nearby airport that can wake you late at night but that is not a big problem.

They changed the adress at the last minutes, our flight got delayed at 1 am and they canceled the booking without any refund. We had to find somerhing else in the night,
