Upton Grange Townhouse

What a lovely place to stay . Close to the city ,the zoo , 3 local pubs . Bus stop over the road takes you to city centre so easy to use . Parking was great, no problem Clear instructions from the host Would definitely recommend it.

The location was ideal. Parking outside property. Good facilities.

We found the mattress very soft. Three floors up and down to the kitchen facilities

Over three floors is not an ideal layout for our age group to reach the bathroom

No en-suite.. not ideal to leave the room for the toilet during the night

Kitchen area and parking were good. Communication from host good.

Could hear noise from other rooms. Shower door would not close properly. Didn't realise when booked that room with private bathroom would be 3 floors up in narrow stairwell- disabled hubby has issues with stairs - not owners fault. Perhaps kettle in that room would save having to carry hot tea to room when kitchen was busy

All good.

The 4pm Check in is far to late after driving from London.. 2 or 3pm would be fine..

Comfy bed, good kitchen facilities

The mess made by other guests which nothing could be done about it.
