The retreat

The lodge was comfortable and well equipped apart from the washing machine that had been removed.

The lodge is on a holiday home park which is not close to anything and so for walks or to visit a different hostelry other than the Crazy Horse then you need a car to travel. The shower in ensuite useless and didn't drain well.

The location was a great base to explore Northumberland. The accommodation provided everything needed to feel at home.

Lovely well maintained site.just of A1 but you wouldn't know. Nice lake to walk round ( shame no fishing) . Lodge was clean and homely with a nice comfy bed. The bottle of fizz was much appreciated.

Few more pots and pans and oven gloves. Although dog friendly gates on the patio would have been nice.

The lodge was very comfortable and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Lino in bathroom worn but believe it is going to be replaced soon.

Very clean smelt lovely when you,walked in very well kept exceptt for family bathroom lino floor torn may cause accident if someone caught there foot in them

Got dog's no gate on decking so they couldn't do outside

Beautiful setting. The accommodation was like a home from home perfect.

No gates on veranda to stop dog wandering off. Lino in main bathroom needs changing.

Location was very relaxing and family friendly. Lovely lake to walk around, and the Wild Horse Saloon had lots of fun activities. Caravan was clean and well appointed.
