Beautiful location,and paid a low price for one night . To be honest it's in need of a deep clean inside and out ,also a lot of things need fixing / replacing at property. Didn't complain as the price was so cheap but would not have been happy if the price was higher .

The location is perfect. However, it's such a shame that inside is really not up to standard. It was dirty and everything is really old / worn. The owner needs to invest, would easily get the return by new and repeat custom.

Absolutely idyllic place, back garden was in winter mode and just needed a sweeping.

The view was amazing, the place was like being at home it had all we needed and more, such comfortable bed, bedding soft and clean, extra bedding if needed as has been cold, owner was amazing, when the booking.com, didn't forward the key code, several times, so we contacted owner who, offered us a free drink in the local pub, we said no nessasary, but was nice he offered.

Booking.com website not allowing the key code to be sent, everything wash perfectly fabulous otherwise.

Gorgeous location with lively views and walking distance to very nice pubs.

Needs a little work / touching up and a little clean, but nothing major, was tidy and would stay again.

Symmonds Yat itself is lovely

Very unclean, smelly, no slats on beds, dirty, rubbish left on floors, dirty toilet and bath, obvious that the house had not been cleaned, owner did not reply to my message - would not return or recommend

Location in Symonds Yat, allows easy access to the woods on both sides of the river

No working facilities at all. Broken heating, (only a small oil heater for upstairs), makes the property extremely cold. And no working internet access leaves you without any services or entertainment.
