Cooker was slow to start .. no hair dryer .. postcode did not take us there difficult to find

Lovely location, clean bedding and towels. Good space/size of rooms. Suitable for an overnight stop over when travelling. Very good, prompt communication.

Unfortunately no heating (storage heaters Main heating) had been put on ready for our arrival, a couple of oil radiators had been provided but not on warming any rooms. We used the electric fire in the lounge for quick warm. Kitchen didn't have teatowels, I did have 1 of my own packed. Hob has lost its markings around the knobs so impossible to know which knob works which hob and which setting is low/high temperature. A sharpie would be sufficient to re-mark the hob.

The location is amazing. Beautiful views, easy to find and great location for YOFI and the Yat rock walk. The cottages are really cute.

Once inside the cottage there was a sign saying the radiator in the bedroom wasn’t working. Nor was the sky tv. Both of these things were not a massive problem. However in the morning the shower wasn’t working nor was there any hot water coming out of the mixer tap! Husband had a cold shower. The rest of us made do with a sink wash. Water from the kitchen was very hot so that was strange. Also the hob has no markings so it’s impossible to know what heat you are on which is slightly dangerous. Beds were not comfy and didn’t have hygiene covers on. Basic but reflected in the price.

Really nice little cottage, clean and plenty of parking.

Tv not working, but there was Netflix/amazon fire stick , it also wasn’t clear how to get hot water - was on at first but then went cold
