FRLe personnel est extra, ils ont le sourire, sont hyper bienveillants et sont aux petits soins. Alan le patron a été aussi très arrangeant. Le cadre est magnifique au bord du lac Malawi permettant de profiter de sublimes couchers de soleil
Le matelas du lit n’était pas confortable et un peu creusé au milieu, on a eu mal au dos. Même si le lit était super grand et la chambre top.

USMost of the staff were lovely, food was good, beds were comfy.
Showers were not good, no hot water, essentially no beach, they washed some personal dishes for us (we paid them extra) and we didn't give them all back and fan in room didn't work.

NOFriendly staff. Nice food. Beautiful garden setting by the lake.
Could do with some refurbishment. Hut was quite tired. Mosquito netting on windows but big cracks between the doors and a completely open hole/vent in the roof. Plague of ants everywhere (mostly not in the hut). We ate the included breakfast there but went elsewhere otherwise as they crawl all over you. Impossible to sit comfortably in garden because of this. No beach because water levels were so high (not their fault). No solace or protection from sellers and those offering service whilst in lodge grounds.
