Owner claimed booking . Com overbooked original booking . Moved me to a separate location . As a tourist it was a hovel ! 83a king street. No fire escape from the top floor as a 60 year old, back gate at rear of property blocked by roof tiles. Brown shower towels stained . Tv screen cover in some sort of bacteria growth . Shower and bedroom filthy . So bad slept with clothes on . Requested a refund and absolutely nothing heard from or refunded despite a polite notice message I was leaving the very next morning and not staying for the remaining 3 nights .
GBdidnt like anything stayed for a week and the bed was that uncomfortable i was on the sofa bed. Not very safe as im 18 and tried to contact the staff about someone else who was staying who made me feel uncomfortable and didnt get a call back or a reply
everything, the walls are dirty and so are the floors, the fridge is disgusting and theres not that many forks or knifes, the back garden was a tip

Where to start ,the room is not clean properly, you can't close the window, leaving the property not safe,the share kitchen and living room were a messy. They were glass outside the front door,which I had to move to get my child inside the property.The back garden is dump.

Couldn't gain entry to initial location. Called. Said it was 'fully booked' despite me having confirmation and he recognised my name. Sent me to another location, about 2m away. Not happy as initial location was booked for a reason.
