Overall everything was fine and well equipped. There was a fridge and microwave outside if you needed it.

However there was a spider in the bathroom which really freaked me out.

It was better than others, room was well presented and linen clean, bathroom was ok, but tap did not allow to fill bottles. Tescos across the road with long opening hrs, bus stop near by, so are food outlets.

Cheaply finished, shower not warm enough, bins overflowing and only emptied once in front of of property, no sink/tap in kitchen, no plates, cups or glasses, wifi code wrong on box - found it written on a door in corridor, mattress soft to the point you hit the bed frame. House rules were not enforced, the ppl next door had visitors well after midnight, smoked continuously in the room and had loud booze parties all week, ceiling is thin too, you hear every step - there was no garden. The ppl are friendly, but the area is run down and filthy

It was a dirty place, with SLUGS in our room. It was absolutely not like the pictures. The bathroom was not that private, 'cause we couldn't close it from outside, and it was written "Toilets" on it, we had to cross the commune kitchen to access the bathroom. There was mold on the sink, in the shower and basically everywhere on the wall ( they probably painted on the mold). I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. The windows were directly in front of the trash, and a door in our room gave access to THE NEIGHBOURS.

It had a very nice and spacious shower. No shower gel or shampoo of any sort though. Nice illuminated mirror in bathroom. A heater that got the room warm pretty quickly. The location was extremely close to some shops and a Tescos metro.

Mould on the wall. Under a third of a roll of toilet paper left, which ran out. Mattress on the bed was shot. The to would not work on any station and kept spinning wheel of death. I think this might have to do with the poor WiFi.

Communication with this property is non existent. Tried contacting them before but no reply. You only receive a message on booking.com with 3 codes for 3 different key locks. When arrived, the door number was 2B rather than 2A as said in the message. I knew this from previous reviews. There were 4 key locks instead. Tried all codes provided in all 4 but nothing would open. Called them and at least they answered immediately. They gave me a different code and the key lock now opened. The main door of the property couldn't be closed, 2 man not staying at the property entered inside asking for people. The bathroom is listCommunication with this property is non existent. Nothing. We couldn't even get into the property as there were no keys in the boxes. We had to sleep in the car that night.

What could have been better is that if we were able to get into the property to sleep the night or if someone would have kindly answered our emails and answered our phone calls.

There was no 2A. There was a block of flats at number 2. The door was open, none of the flats were called 2A. There was a brown door nearby labelled 2B. This did have 3 key boxes. So I tried the three codes I was given on each of them. Only the third box opened. With the code I was given for the single room. There was no key in that box. I asked some locals (including one who had lived in the flats at 2 if they knew where 2A was, and they were unable to help me.

Booked for an event I had to go to & they cancelled us the night before (Double booked). On Grand National weekend. Thanks a lot. Do NOT book here.
