Private Villa Tofukuji

The location is quiet and very close to the train station, which is about 1km away from the kyoto station

The toilet and bathroom sink was clogged with hair from previous guests. We had to remove the hair to take a shower and to brush our teeth😑There was dust on the window sills and on the futons. The apartment had moldy odor. Room is a lot smaller than in the picture.

Prima ligging.

Ik vond het niet overal even schoon. Het sanitair was wel schoon maar de rest niet zo. Ook wat dingetjes zoals een wasrek dat beetje kapot is. Heel beperkte keuken, niet eens een glas.

Room is good, comfortable, nice, and big. Location is good too.

Bathroom and location. Perfect for small groups.

Bien situé, propre, douillet, confortable. Accès facile car très bonne communication du staff.

It’s nice flat very close to train station in a quiet neighbourhood. Bedroom can be separated from kitchen via sliding door. There is kitchen and very basic equipment in it.

In winter property was a little cold specially in shower and toilet area; there was an AC in bedroom ,which was keeping there warm for sleeping. When we checked in, flat was clean but there was some hair in sink and shower.
