Private Villa Tofukuji

It’s nice flat very close to train station in a quiet neighbourhood. Bedroom can be separated from kitchen via sliding door. There is kitchen and very basic equipment in it.

In winter property was a little cold specially in shower and toilet area; there was an AC in bedroom ,which was keeping there warm for sleeping. When we checked in, flat was clean but there was some hair in sink and shower.

Logement bien situé par rapport au train et aux bus. Restos et Kombinis à proximité. Très très proche de Fushimi Inari. Quartier très calme. Logement avec tout le nécessaire (serviettes, produits ménagers, produits hygiène).

Appartement typique Japon, mais des chaises et table pour occidentaux seraient appréciables. Des verres pour boire sont manquants.

отличный номер, чистый, уютный, нам очень понравился, рядом станция, круглосуточные магазины и кафе. Будем в Киото, остановимся здесь еще раз.

I like the spaces in the unit separated well, the provided amenities including the big bathroom so we can use the facilities comfortably. The accommodation is located in the residential area so it’s quiet which is best for good sleep. However, we could hear the activities the guests upstair did, it’s not that troublesome.

Regarding to the cleanliness, it would be better if they took care of the bed sheet or pillow case more carefully since I found some hairs on them. Furthermore, about the security of the unit could be improved.

La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de la Estación Tofukuji, que conecta con Kyoto station, el lugar es un poco ajustado para 3 pero 2 estarían más que cómodos, lo encontré cómodo pero con limitaciones de movilidad.

交通移動方便，有廚房設備

隔音很不好，晚上還有工作人員在打掃房間很吵無法安靜的休息，預定五天只給一天的浴巾跟毛巾還要自己每天洗，至少也要準備2～3天份才合理。

Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig.

Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Es fehlen Gläser und ein Toaster.

The location is perfect for me, love the neighbourhood.

There was a little bit smell in the room and I was not sure what was it. But it was not that much bothering.
