Rooms were spacious

Service was extremely bad. Owner(manager) absolutely rude person with no manners and with abusive behaviour. Insects, spiders were inside the room.

This is my third stay at this lovely guest house located in Rajbagh, the heart of Srinagar. I’ve visited twice before with my family, and now I’m here alone — and once again, the experience has been just as warm and welcoming. What makes this place truly special is the owner, whose kindness and hospitality add a personal touch that’s hard to find elsewhere. The rooms are always clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The peaceful surroundings of Rajbagh make it the perfect place to relax, whether you're here for leisure or work. Meals, when provided, are homely and delicious — simple comfort food that feels just right. Even though I’m staying alone this time, I felt completely safe and at ease.

I guess everything, from location to the peaceful environment it provided . All in all it was a comfortable stay and we could relax and enjoy the holiday.

Just small suggestions like Air conditioning and more breakfast options.

Well we had a smooth check in and it was a last minute decision so we were left with the option to choose Family room. It was a huge room but the ceiling was low so it looked little dark. The carpets could be more tidy. There was a technical issue with water supply but that was resolved by giving us the opportunity to use another room. Overall they treated us well. The breakfast was not great. Could be improved.

Rooms are good, staff are very cooperative and helpful. Only need to run the restaurant since there are some difficulty to find the food and need to take help from apps for food ordering.
