"A worn out apartment in the central location, with some non-functioning facilities."

Central Location. Can’t beat it

The property shows major signs of wear. Some of the heat elements of the stove won’t work. The flooring needs replacement. One of the bathrooms developed a leak - the management Co / owner - did notify in advance, and it was unavailable, even though the 2 bedroom/2 bath setup was the main criteria in the selection of this unit. No monetary adjustment has been offered. So despite the awesome location, this is severely overpriced apartment.

Die Kombination aus Ausstattung / Wohlfühlfaktor und Lage - sehr zentral

Es waren keine Pads für die Kafeemaschine da und die Wohnungstüre lies sich nur sehr schlecht schließen. Doch der extrem hilfsbereite Vermieter wollte dies zeitnah beheben. Ansonsten war alles TOP

la casa è molto carina e funzionale. Zone comuni grandi e spaziose. Pulitissima!!! Zona nuova di Edimburgo a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico

la serratura della porta di ingresso è difettosa e alcune finestre non si possono aprire

Brilliant location for the city, lovely size and well equipped. Grant is very responsive and helpful.

The door lock to the apartment is problematic and needs sorting for convenience.

Excellent location, spacious, short walk to most things. Helpful host, ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.

Only thing negative were that the carpets were worn and looking tired, need replacing.
