Loved the location of the apartment, the spacious rooms, and well appointed kitchen.

The parking space was occupied upon arrival even though we detoured to the apartment for the parking gate fob and dashboard display. No answer to telephone call and hours delayed response to written message about the "provided" parking. The flat lock rotates freely without engaging the locking mechanism and was another time waster upon arrival. The upstairs carpet was extensively stained and threadbare. Painful carpet staples are exposed on the stairs.

Bedrooms is on upstairs but not too bad.

The location is fantastic - just off Princes Street. Lovely flat with beautiful bedrooms including one with en suite and a stunning roomy living area with huge windows looking over Charlotte Street. The host was very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Parking was problematic, few updates needed.

Apartment had everything you need and the host was very informative and very helpful

Only thing was front door was very difficult to open and close as the door barrel kept turning so you had to be patient with it only downside did inform the host
