Large 2 Bed Edinburgh City Centre Apartment - FREE Parking

Excellent host. Apartment clean, fabulous location.

The sitting room decor was very tired.

This property is in a great, central location. The kitchen is well stocked if you’re wanting to cook. The shower has great water pressure and the water gets hot quick.

This was advertised as a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom however a few days prior to check in I was informed the en-suite bathroom needed repairs and would not be available. This was quite unfortunate as there were 4 of us now sharing one bathroom. The carpets and furniture in the flat have seen better days as they were quite run down. The stairs and hallway were very squeaky while walking around. Grant did offer a discount, however it was only 10% off. I do not think that was equitable to the inconvenience of not having 2 bathrooms.

Only one bathroom was functioning which we were notified just before our stay and the kitchen smoke detector needed a battery so was “chirping” and loud during the entire stay. Property owner did not address the issue.

The main room bathroom was out of service, and I came to know only after my “ non-refundable” reservation, it should be mentioned in Booking that the flat has only 1 bathroom in service until the other one’s problem get resolved. Check out is at 10 am which is too early.
