Large 2 Bed Edinburgh City Centre Apartment - FREE Parking

Ground floor which was great for travelling with 2 young kids (and all the luggage!) Super comfy bed Really quiet despite being right in the centre Very close to amenities Helpful host, quick at responding.

Car park was a bit of a trek with the kids (avoiding steps with the buggy), but if you're prepared then it's OK! Took us about 15/20 mins to walk. The stairs are very creaky but you soon get used to it.

Location was great with Rose Street and George Street just behind with many eateries. Easy to get food items from Tesco Express nearby if needed. Good communication from host. Great base to be to explore Edinburgh.

When we arrived, there were road works in front of the apartment, which we were not aware of and could not unload in front of it as were told to us. We had to pay for parking 2 roads up (on George St) in order to unload our luggages. Bedrooms were on separate levels. One room had an attached bathroom, which was great. For the other room, to use the bathroom, we needed to go down the steps to it (steps were creaky and noisy).It had a bathtub, but showering was a struggle as there was no shower curtain to keep the water off the floor. In the kitchen, there was only one tea towel and no washing sponge or brush for hand washing or to clear debris from plates before putting them into the dishwasher. Having a washing machine was handy, however, there were no clothes rack to dry our clothes. Car parking was appreciated, but it was 10 minutes walk away, and the lot was very small and tight. We had to struggle to get out of the car after parking. It was so hard that we decided to leave the car there the whole time we were in Edinburgh and did not get to drive up to the highlands.

Super homey apartment in the perfect location for everything In Edinburgh. The apartment was spacious, warm and had everything we needed- plus it was quiet for being right in the heart of the city. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Great value for money

Only critical feedback would be to have better pillows/duvet in second bedroom, but it didn’t detract from our stay.

Great location, comfortable clean and fully equipped, lovely lounge area to chill out. Host contacted us several times to check everything was ok and if we needed anything 👍

Access to key box terrible - had to get on hands and knees to access Filthy dirty - carpets worn and stained blinds broken and mouldy - sofa stained and worn - hairs in drawers - dirty line. In cupboard freezing cold - left - unhygienic - owners uncommunicative refusing to refund our money ! As is booking.com

The location was perfect for visiting Edinburgh, the Royal Mile, Princes Street park was a walking distance! The apartment is fairly clean, all amenities provided. It has a perfect living room to spend social time with friends. Hosts was very accommodating with our requests.

Cleanliness could be better in the en-suite bathroom - there is no proper ventilation which means there is mold growing on the blinds. And there was a missing shower head in the main bathroom with the tub which made having a clean in the bath very difficult.

Best localization one could imagine in Edinburgh, just next to all the main attractions. Spacious, tidy, comfortable. Videos and instructions shared by the host were clear and helpful.

One of the bedrooms could have 2 single beds instead of double beds for families with older children. Noisy neighbours (but that's of course not a host fault).
