I was told last minute after paying 3 days back that were fully booked. I was moved to another apartment that was not up to standard fridge was not working tried to liaise with no response. Capital trilogy room 720 it was below par than what we had booked
ZAZAWe were only given one key , that really doesn't make any sense why you would give guests one key, one can't drive out while the other is at the restaurant , the room was not clean, the linen and pillows were extremely dirty .

Unit number 623 Dirty apartment, host non responsive. Wet linen in the closet. Dirty linen. Dirty couches, not maintained, I checked out after the first day. Cockroaches totally disgusting 🫣. I requested a refund, host yet to reply. I had to find another place due to the above. This property has bad insulation noise levels unacceptable.i won't visit this place again.
