I didn’t know that the unit was owned by someone else. It’s not a typical hotel where I arrive and get my room. I had to call the owner to get details. They did not answer when I called and only texted communication when I kept calling their number. That is not clear when booking and it took me a good 30min to get a room.

ZAThe owner of the unit that i booked who goes by the name of Sven is a horrible host. I booked at Regency Aparthotel, when i got there the unit i booked was occupied, after checking 3 other units he had suggested they were all occupied. I ended up having to sleep at Capital Trilogy and the unit i got much smaller than the one i booked. I contacted Sven about my dissatisfaction, he promised to sort it out but never did. I spent two nights in a small room when i had booked for something much bigger. He never even contacted for a refund. What a terrible host
ZAZAZAI booked a room because of the view, I got to the hotel and told that specific room was not available and offered a different one with front parking view. Several times I booked under the specific owner and struggling to get the access to the room
