ZAThe place has underground parking and is somewhat safe.
There was a mix up with our rooms, where one of our rooms were much smaller than what we paid for, and the "privately owned" person refuses to pay us back the money for the downgrade. We were tired from our journey and wanted to rest, we had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour for them to find the problem and come up with a solution. The 1st solution was to give us a room that was still full of balloons from a previous night's party, we refused, we didn't want to sleep in a dirty room, as we are paying for a service. The second option was to downgrade us to a smaller room, which, out of tiredness, we accepted. Only to come in the room and the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no coffee or water given in the room, no WiFi. The TV didn't work. The fitted sheets get undone when you sleep, revealing the very filthy mattress underneath. We have never been as disappointed with a hotel stay as this one. We won't be coming here again.

No one to clean my room. No soap, shampoo or shower cap Found a dirty towel on arrival in the washer No tea, coffee, milk and sugar For the rate I paid which was R1400 per night I expected better.
ZAThere are even coacroches in the property. Not enough Toilet paper. It is just a mess.

ZAZAStay was comfortable. Unit does need a dustbin, more towels and some coffee to make it more enjoyable.
ZAZAZAI didn’t like anything about the property besides the food and the the receptionists. The. 320 room was not clean , the sheets were smelling. The towels were dirty. The wardrobe had a bad smell inside and we have sheets that were dirty and they seemed like they have been left in there for a long time without being washed.
