The reception did not know about my booking and the host on Booking.com did not answer his phone. Took more than 30min to get hold of host and get room access. Unit was not 100% clean. Don't think I will use this platform again.
USThis place is run down. First room we were in was incredibly dirty the door had been kicked in. The check in process was also less than smooth. Also didn’t enjoy a 7 am call from staff when I had specifically asked if needed to switch rooms or not.
Everything could have been better. Including our room door being shut after the cleaners came.

The bed was not comfortable, wifi network very bad and when it was time to shower the water couldn't go through the drain,there was water even in the bathroom.
