The owner doesn’t answer phone calls and in app messages. I had to wait at the foyer because I needed an apartment number and the owner wasn’t responding. He/she finally responded to my WhatsApp and gave me the apartment number. The keys weren’t there. I texted to ask where the keys were. He sent me a phone number that I should call to get the key. That person also took forever to get back to me. We had to wait 20 more minutes to get the key. The couch is dirty. WiFi doesn’t work.

ZAZARoom has everything needed.
- Cleaner did not have a key and was asked daily to either leave the room open when leaving or leave behind our key. - Returned to the room around 9pm and the cleaner left the room unlocked after it was cleaned. - 1 of the 2 rooms booked fridge and dryer was not working and got moved to another room half way through the stay. - Apartments are managed by owners but are only contactable through whatsapp and doesn't reply timeously. - Wifi details not privided until 3 days after checking in and not stable. Made it incredibly difficult to work during the week. - Staff at the hotel are not permitted to assist with any queries. - Book directly with St@y instead of privately owned apartments. Many guests had complaints during my stay.

ZAZAThe receptionist @Njabs ...he was so welcoming....I like the fact that they were fully booked but they made means to arrange with Capital Trilogy and it was a best choice too ...I'd recommend others to book with them they won't regret

I was given a room that I didn't book or pay for when I made my booking on Booking.com. The room I chose had however then one I was given had no shower, only a bath. At check-in I was told to call the host to be given the room number before they give me the access card, I tried contacting the host however he/she only responded after 10 minutes or so. This seems unprofessional as everything should be ready at the reception. That was unpleasant. When I sent a whatsapp to the host that the room I got was not what I booked, there was no reply, even after I checked out.
