Firstly, we booked two rooms, and they only had one available for us. It was one of the privately owned ones. When we finally got to the room after waiting for 45 minutes, the coach was broken, the sliding door was broken, the tv was not working, the fridge had a terrible smell and the was not even made up properly - Looked like some lied on it just before we checked in We then checked out. I was refunded It was Unit 615

ZAZAThat i was already familiar with the hotel side, it helped me navigate all the mess better because the night before I was by the hotel. And all I wanted to do was extend my room but it turned out I had to check out of hotel and check in apartments. You would assume smooth transition, that wasn't the case
1. No communication from the host, since 8am(requesting 12pm check in)even at 3pm I was still looking for room number because I can't check in if the host doesn't provide. 2. The host was a problem. She/,he still didn't come back to me with WiFi password i asked for. I was blue ticked ke Sana 3. Elevator on Apartment side had water on the floor. Mess mess mess and unhygienic 4. People next door didn't sleep, I heard them throughout the night.
