The room is in a peaceful location. Amazing views from the terrace adjoining the room. Lovely hammock to relax in. The host is friendly welcoming and helpful. The whole property is in a beautiful garden surrounded by lush jungle. It's the perfect place to stay to visit Tikal and Yaxha Temples and to explore Lake Peten Itza. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely and warm stay. The small cottage is outside the main house and feels like being in the jungle. Basic facilities but included everything what was needed. The hosts are super chill and great to talk to. We learned a lot about the Mayan culture and coffee production since both of them are involved. Even though being sick during the stay, we got amazing support and help whenever needed. Thanks for everything, it was an unforgettable experience.

We were a bit unlucky with weather and it got quite chilly at night. Since there is no proper heating; a warm shower would have been lovely. Other than that we loved it.

The view and tranquility of this property is the absolute highlight! The apartment is super spacious and modern. It is nice to stay a little outside of Flores (and just spend a few hours there) and you are closer to Tikal and Jaxha from El Remate (for us it was possible to get picked up here as well by tours). It is a more local experience. The owners are very nice and flexible.

Nothing really! Just a few tips: we would have liked another chair outside, some extra cutlery, some hangers in the closet and some towel hooks in the bathroom

Basic, but clean

The property is up a dirty steep road off of the Main Street. It is surrounded by cockerels that are going off all night. The property has no hot water that wasn’t obvious when we did the booking. It was overpriced for the facilities it had. We were in the bottom property, it was very basic but clean. We managed to see the top property that looked much nicer inside, however our friends left this a day early due to the noise.

I've lived in Guatemala 14 years and traveled many places. This hotel is the most comfortable and relaxing of all the hotels I have stayed in. I recommend it to people who like quiet and peace. * People who like noisy and crowded places might not like it.
