Hotel Lucca

The place is goos. the staff are all kind. Especially The guard, the receptionist Ms. Toni and Mr. Paul and Ms. Jaycee. They are all accommodating!

The aircon is quite noisy.

This place was great the breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable housekeeping was great. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful, especially Toni she was very nice and helpful. Thank you, Hotel lucca, for a great stay

Good food. Spacious rooms.

I like the location. The facility is new. The staff are accommodating.

There are flies in the dining area and in the lobby. During breakfast buffet, flies are visibly present and the food attendants seem unbothered.

Friendly staff and accessible location. The hotel is also clean.

Beeakfast buffet is good. It was quiet at night despite being near the main road. The public market, stores, and malls are walking distance.

There is a bad smell whenever you leave the room for a moment - septic tank smell.

Good location, standard breakfast buffet, room service fast to rectify errors, which could’ve been avoided in the first place…

Wrong bed constellation; had to wait to change setup. Air con very noisy, cannot adjust. Water heater out of order.
