Hotel Lucca

The hotel has very friendly staff and excellently located in Legazpi. The room is bigger than usual and the bed is quite comfortable. They also provide free drinking water near the lobby.

The hotel has a lot of potential but has some key issues: 1. Noise - the room door has some weird alarm system that goes off for unknown reasons. 2. Noise again - rooms are not sound-proof and one can easily hear conversations and noise outside in the corridor. During our stay, there was also a very noisy party at one of the hotel floors. 3. Cleanliness - the floor seemed not so clean and there was a bad odor in the room (can be due to the bathroom or just due to the humidity).

Signal of WiFi is not good

it was clean and the staff were helpful. the bed was really big which was nice. they also provided adapters. i like the location of the property as it was close to the malls.

the bedsheets had a bit of a bad smell. it was like they came straight out of the washer and didn’t have enough time to dry. it didn’t really bother me that much, but i hope it won’t happen again next time. the breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food. however, it took quite a while for them to refill the dishes. also, i think they should move the table that’s placed near the toilet. i hope they change the hotel slippers too. they were really thin. the hallways also had an odor. i’m not sure if it’s because of their vent or exhaust system, but it smelled like the odor from the toilets in the rooms was circulating through the hallway. what bothered me the most were the window blinds. there were gaps on the corners, and i was worried that someone could see through them from outside. i felt a bit conscious staying on the left side of the bed. granted, our room was on the 2nd floor, but i’d really appreciate it if they could do something about that.

I booked this for my mom and niece and theyre very happy with the place, its new and spotless. Food is great. Very near the mall which is great. Would recommended.
