Property is well maintained and spacious. Neat and clean with good parking space for 4-6 cars.

1) cannot sit and chat late night in balcony or verandah as neighbours shout at us .we go on holiday to spend leisure time at our will. Cannot be restricted . 2) bathroom fittings ( comod, taps etc) needs servicing. 3) no bonfire possible due to neighbours raising issues.
