"Super cottage with everything that we needed in a great location, very helpful hosts"

Location was excellent, close to shops and amenities. Nice pub, chippy and Indian restaurant very close by (walkable). Close to Derbyshire peaks, traditional villages and chatsworth house.

The property was very comfortable, very clean and very nice to stay. The host were very informative, and shared very good information about the property\location etc. Eating out, I recommend Cupola Cafe just down the road, as they serve an amazing breakfast and lunch, and the staff\service was very good. The food in the Moon Inn pub across the road was OK, though not a lot of choice. Be aware of the pubs opening times, and can get very busy. The property location is great for site seeing, Curbar Edge, Long Shaw estate are just minutes away. Bakewell and Chatsworth 10 to 15 minutes away.

The only thing which is a slight announce was the amount of traffic going past the property. But cannot do much about that.

Everything was excellent. It was a comfy, cosy stay and the cottage was perfectly located to see all the local attractions.

The only thing which was a negative was coming out of the drive in the car and the stairs were definitely tricky if any mobility problems.

The house was a great property in great location

The parking wasn't the best as it was scraping the bottom of the work van, but I do understand it's the layout of the drive
