"We had travelled up for a sad occasion, but the room was great and the hosts really looked after us."

The hosts, Dave and Gill, were brilliant. We arrived past 10:00pm but they were very welcoming. Fridge was stocked with a continental breakfast; fruits, cold meats, selection of cheeses. There were bread and pastries, a bottle of wine, fruit juice, milk and water. Facilities include a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a toaster. Perfect location to get to Carlisle and the surrounding area. Bed is very comfy.

"excellent stay , nice and quiet just what we needed"

there was a continental breakfast supplied , this is something we have never tried , but we had what we wanted from the supplied food .

Nothing everything was there for what we needed , bed was so comfy you didn't want to get up

Lovely accommodation with very comfortable bed. Great space and good facilities.

Comfortable and fabulous continental cheese, meats, breads & fruit. Thoughtfully a good bottle of vino provided.
