They cancelled last minute and didn't refund us

They were rude about the cancellation even though it was super last minute

The apartment was very clean, including the bedroom, bathroom and communal areas. Convenient location. The housekeeper Sandra was very kind and helpful.

There was an issue with electricity, including lack of heating, during the first day and that same night, which we were told will get fixed the next day. Not a problem, such things happen. However, we were told the next day the problem was fixed but it wasn't, at least not fully. Upon returning to the apartment the second evening we had heating but had no warm water until very late when the electrician came, due to the boiler not working, and no electricity in the sockets.

it has everything we needed, nice sized garden (would be great in summer). short walk to the centre. aldis at end of the street for bits and bobs, a shared kitchen with everything you need.

no bath just shower (I just like baths)

The beds are comfortable

3 minutes before our arrival we got a call to change the guest house because of problems with the house... So we went to the other guest house which was 15 minutes walking away. In the night it was very loud, you could hear kids crying from upside and other things through the walls
