Excellent location! Very comfortable bed. Simple instructions to get access to building and room. Very nice decor and excellent wifi!

Bedroom window didn’t open - might be good having a short latch on it to let some cold air in. Only struggle was getting the keys from the lock boxes - but that was more of a me issue.

- Private room with ensuite - Good amenities (washing machine, etc) - Effective heating (hard to use) - Clean

- Security deposit system - Heating instructions were poorly explained and difficult to use initially - No dryer and only one drying rack (one per room would be nice) - Lack of recycling bin or instructions for recycling. No waste stream separation generally (food waste, landfill, recycling, soft plastics)

very handy to have self catering facilities available, so no need to eat out every night which I don’t really want when working

No coat hangers, not even a hook on the back of a door, so nowhere to hang shirts etc. No bedside table (there was a small table screwed to the wall, so couldn’t be moved, opposite the bed) . No key for the bedroom window to allow fresh air to circulate. All very simple things to provide/fix and I’m surprised they weren’t available.

Location was great 👍. The house was exceptionionly clean. Everything you could think of was provided by the house.

Just a small thing really, there was no hanging facilities in the single room to put up your coat or any clothes. Maybe a couple of hooks on the back of the door could do. Garden needs a little TLC and maybe a couple of benches to sit on.

Location was good

When I arrived, no one greeted me or showed me the place. I took photos of the places and uploaded them to the system. I called separately to fix the window (it didn't close completely), the window was facing the street. no one came in 4 nights to fix it. finally, when I left, after uploading the photos to the system, they charged me an additional 50 euros for dirty towels (makeup or something like that). just wow..

Very comfortable, clean, and peaceful place with friendly staff and a nice little garden. I will be coming here again.

There was a problem with getting my room codes because of an issue with their automated security deposit system. It was a bit of a headache to solve, but the call centre staff were very helpful with getting it sorted. All things considered, probably should look into using another method for pre-approving a deposit.
