The room It was very close to city center. Quick communication and easy way to access. Everything was clean and tidy. Nice room.

It was very clean except us☹️☹️

Cold shower we had no hot water for the two nite we stayed that was very disappointing we felt it should have been sorted ☹️☹️

Very well organized property, with all the facilities on the house ,including dinning & kichen facility...Lifetime experience...Love to come again.....

Location is excellent, place very clean and wirh very good kitchen facilities. The shared living room is also a nice feature.

The bed is old and lumpy and could use an upgrade. The bedding likewise.

Dear Sirs, I need to make formal complaints about this private rooms. Can you please help me as I am the regular customer of booking.Com Kind email me the compliant procedure. All I can say it is an appalling customer services and toilet door not working, shower was broken water was coming out. No response of my calls. My fellow other roommate room 3 also fully agreed with me about seriously dissatisfactory services. I need to make formal complaints against them. Kind regards Zahir

Really good facilities, like a luxurious shower and free laundry machine. The whole place felt luxurious and was really close to the city centre.

The door to our room didn't lock the first day. They sent someone to fix it the second evening, but at that point we already had to carry our valuables around with us for a day. The toilet bowl emptied very slowly, which made it impossible to flush everything down.
