Good location and well equipped kitchen.

Very lumpy mattress - needs replacing

Clean, new and modern. Location is great, great use of space.

Sky light was annoying as sun rises early during summer. Can't sleep well.

Close to places I wanted to go

Could not figure out how to turn on shower. Also lots of traffic noise.

This review is actually for accommodation at room 1 Cromarty, 72 Telford Road , Inverness which was given to us after a mix up with the booking. We were meant to be staying here at Tomnahurich Guest House . Both are run by mySTAYINN and both are on Booking.com website. Room was clean and secure ( 3 key codes to get in). Good communal kitchen facilities.

This review as I said above is for Cromarty, 72 Telford Road. Inverness. The distance from the railway station was about 25 minutes walking, while the original booking was for accommodation 10 minutes away. The Bathroom was very small. No photos of bathroom on website page. I mention both of the above because of our mobility problems The curtains in the room are too thin, and didn't keep out the light. We were awake every morning before 5am.

The shared shower room/toilet was nice.

There was no operable television. Electrical plugs from TV were lying loose. TV was (although not working) not fixed securely to the wall, lying at an angle. Kitchen units were not secure. Did not like other residents coming to my door & asking me to turn off the modems so that they could get a wi-fi connection, which was hit & miss. It seemed I was the only room with the modems for TalkTalk & BT. My room had no way of hanging up my clothes, no wardrobe, or coat hangers anywhere. I could go on, but why should I. as nothing will be done. I am not going to thank you for my stay, sorely dis-appointed.

Rating: 0/5 I recently stayed here and had a truly disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the standards of this hotel were far below what we expected. Firstly, the bed was in terrible condition. We could feel every spring digging into us, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. This was incredibly uncomfortable and left us exhausted for the duration of our stay. The cleanliness of the room was also severely lacking. We found a brown stain on both our towels and sheets, which was utterly disgusting. To make matters worse, we did not receive any new towels during our stay and had to reuse the stained ones. We were even told to check other guest rooms for extra towels, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, not all the electrical outlets in our room were working, making it difficult to charge our devices and use our electronics. Parking was another major issue. Although the hotel advertised parking as included, we discovered that this was not the case. We had to park elsewhere and pay an additional $40, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. When we tried to address these concerns with the hotel staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They brushed off our complaints and lied about having other rooms available, which showed a complete lack of customer service and care. Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, false advertising, and terrible customer service made for a regrettable experience. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Nice and central great location

Wifi wiz not the best…..and tv went aff on 2nd day……no contact to fix it

I was a bit concerned reading reviews, but I was all happy there. Clean, quiet, a lot offered including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc

Internet didn't work, but I even didn't report it as I only stayed for 2 nights, arriving late, leaving early and having decent data roaming plan.

Good location.

Poor management- nobody answering the phone when needed. One day internet just stopped working. There is no insulation between the walls you can hear all of your neighbours. Lock in the shared bathroom is not working so there is lack of the privacy. Linen was not changed after previous occupants and bed smells.
