The vibe is calm, the location is great, the environment is clean.

Safety and privacy can be improved.

Property was advertised with parking but parking is permit holder only between 10am and 5pm. Road side parking is not secure overnight and alternative parking is not simple or close by. Checkin was difficult and I kept receiving notifcations to checkin after checking in. I didn't like the experience of checking in or collecting the keys.

rude cleaners when I got into bed under the covers was a blood stained sheet and I was never given a clean one. I had to strip the bed and sleep on a bare mattress then on day of check out I was asked to pay a fee for stained bedding and towels. I'm not happy and would like to complain

The location was good, just a short walk down the street to the river and across the bridge to the center of town. The facility was clean. The kitchen seemed nice, although we didn't use it. Although there's no parking (DON'T park on the street or you'll be ticketed) we found inexpensive paid parking in the Council parking lot about 5-6 minute walk away.

There's a huge skylight above the bed in room 1, which you'd think would be good, but in the Highlands, daylight is extended in the summer. The room lit up around 4am and didn't get dark until after 10pm. There was no way to cover it or close off the light. Also, the door of the bedroom had a large window that was only covered with a plastic film that you could still see through. This should be addressed as the door opens into the living room.

Limited parking, room size was smaller than expected & large skylight in room made it difficult to sleep

Good location not far from city centre. Property was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped.

We were in the ground floor bedroom which had an en-suite bathroom (good) but the bedroom was between the en-suite and the living room, in the middle of the building, so there was no window. Also being directly beside the living room could be disruptive if the property was fully occupied.
