The property is beautiful and well maintained. The living room and bathroom are very nice, especially if you have room one downstairs where the kitchen is located. I had the en suite bathroom in room one which is fantastic although the room is a little small but really nice. My only issue with this property was the Internet. The Internet is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t stay connected for longer than 20 minutes. If you need to work in the evening, this is not the right property for you otherwise overall it is fantastic. The kitchen is great as well, they have lots of pots and pans and utensils. I had been traveling for the last three weeks so it was great to cook up a couple meals at home.

What we liked: the location of the property was quite central and a 10 min walk from the train station. Quite close to the city, River Ness walk and lots of restaurants and Tesco close by. The property was clean. The room we stay in had a private bathroom which was quite nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with the basic necessities.

What we didn’t like: the room we stayed in had a blurred glass panel at the door this made the room seem less private. And when other guests were using the kitchen or lounge room late at night or early in the morning the light beamed into our room. This along with the sky light made the room very bright. There also wasn’t any tea or coffee provided in the canisters. The fridge smelt and had a few items that were well past the due date.

The location of the house is pretty good (only some rooms, given that others face a busy and noisy street) the kitchen and bathroom are modern and were clean, basic cooking appliances provided

- check in was a nightmare (including my texts being ignored and phone being hung up on me) - wrong keys for all the guests - customer service do not doing anything about it - a hidden deposit request - the room door lock was not working - sometimes I would come back to find the door wide open, with all my belongings inside - the room was very poorly furnished - old and uncomfortable bed and mattress; the window was not closing well, while the room was facing a busy and noisy street (when I approached customer service they asked me to send videos of the window not closing well...and never replied with a solution); no towel hangers (which I see has been pointed out by multiple previous guests and has not been addressed for months) - external staff and various people constantly asking for access to the property and to my room - to fix some pipes (terrible noise at 8 in the morning), to measure the space (on a day when you have guests...) to get bed sheets for changeover from a cupboard, which cupboard was placed in my (supposedly private) room etc - no privacy and quiet at all - no coffee... Property team, please do not respond to me - you had the chance to do that on the occasions when I approached you during my stay and you did not, your comments are not needed anymore

Kitchen facilities were good but shared between three rooms.

Critical info about accomodation not clearly stated. A security deposit is required, discovered after booking and paying non refundable in full. Entry key not in the security box, it took over an hour communicating with owner's representative to gain access. There is no parking at the property, it is permit only at the property. A truer description would be a room within a modernised shared terraced house.
