Super detached location, spacious and fully fitted to a good level. Ideal for the New Forest and the South Coast. Everything thing you need is there - a proper home from home and very welcoming.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was very cosy, homely and warm. It had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable. It was in a quiet location but within a very short drive to the Forest, coast and local towns. Angela and Julia were welcoming, making sure we had settled in okay. Thank you for our welcome pack treats. We have already book to return next year.

Auto messages from host on booking caused a communication error as it gave old instructions for entry that weren't accurate. Unfortunately we had to stay elsewhere for the first night with no apologies or compensation. If anyone is booking here check your personal what's app account for accurate information

Julia was an amazing host; making herself available and checking in on me without becoming intrusive. The property was as advertised and is perfect if you need a cozy place to stay in Lymington. I will explore booking this property again when I am in town next.
