Aayu Chulia - Chulia St, George Town

Perfectly located next to lots of bars, restaurants etc. the staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues we had. Comfortable bed and good communal facilities

There is no window in the room (this was explained to us before. Worth noting if you need natural light in the morning)

I really enjoyed my stay at Aayu Chulia Hostel. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout and the hostel was very clean. It offered excellent value for money with reliable internet and great amenities. What stood out most was the guided stroll around the area, it was such a thoughtful touch and a great way to explore. Heba and Tai were especially kind and supportive. They went out of their way to make me feel included, even introducing me to people at the club. We played pool, sang karaoke and had a fantastic time. Their warmth and hospitality made my stay even more memorable.
