Las puertas no estaban en muy buens condiciones, tuve dificultad al abrir y cerrar la del baño porque se atora al igual que los botones del baños

The rooftop balcony is nice when it's warm enough outside and not raining. Staff responded within a reasonable delay. There was enough hot water for two people in a double room to take a 5-10 minute shower each (though you may have to wait in between, and it always took a few minutes for the water to heat up).

The room I was assigned was missing most of the features for which I had booked it, so I didn't get my money's worth. The bug screen had gaping holes in it. Our room got little sunlight and warmth (rainy season + tree in front of window), plus our towels and clothes were permanently humid. The bathtub was unfinished/untreated cement, so we got small scratches on our skin and I don't know exactly how it can be properly disinfected.

Que aunque la.habitación no estaba al 100, por parte de Isolda acepto reservacion. Siendo que al llegar se nos informo que no servía la puerta del baño, por lo que no se podis cerrar y por supuesto tener pivacidad. También que se tuvieran colchones en el pasillo que va hacia la habitación, dan un mal aspecto. PREGUNTA APARTE Si uno se queda más de 1 noche ¿ se hace el servicio de limpieza?

They wrote in their description about a bathtub but it didnt exist, I send a message about it and they didnt even respond.
