Location

A decent, renovated apartment in a good location. A plus for the blinds that shield from daylight. Central location means short walks everywhere in the city.

Unfortunately, this is where the positives end, and the negatives begin. We have never been welcomed into such a dirty accommodation. The shower was so filthy that we preferred not to use it, as it would ironically leave us feeling even dirtier. The central location means that loud noises from outside persist late into the night. It’s incomprehensible that there is no internet access in the apartment, which is a basic necessity in the 21st century. Moreover, not even a single roll of toilet paper was provided—only leftovers from previous guests. Thankfully, we stayed there for just one night. Had we booked for longer, we would certainly have contacted Booking to request a change of accommodation. We would never recommend this apartment to anyone. On the contrary, we strongly advise against staying here.

The location was great! It was a reasonable walk from the train station. We are quite physically fit, though, so some might require a taxi. It was also a short walk to the piazza dei Miracoli which made it very convenient for visiting the Tower, Duomo, etc. Another great thing is that there are tons of restaurants, cafes, shops all around.

The location, while very convenient, was extremely noisy due to the fact that it seemed as if all the patrons of the neighborhood bars funneled through via Mercanti. It was so noisy until around 3 in the morning that we had very little sleep. We would not have wanted to spend a second night. Also, given that the apartment receives little natural light, we found it a bit dark. This could be remedied by adding a couple of more light sources.

Could do with WiFi and a kettle to make tea in a morning.

Great location for exploring Pisa. Clear and helpful checkin instructions. Easy trip from airport/train station.

Spartan facilities and bare-minum service. Previous guests' food left in fridge. No welcome guide, tea/coffee or breakfast supplies. Overall extremely basic. Area can be noisy at night.

Great Property Great Condition

Wifi was not present and Signals were not coming so it was tough to operate any apps that required internet.

The apartment is in the heart of Pisa. It’s approximately 10 minutes away from this hour which is nice. It’s perfect for a single travel or a couple.

Hello??? Have I travelled back to 1953? No Wi-Fi and no air-conditioning, and the thermometer inside the flat indicated 30.5°? What am I supposed to do with a single fan? and no Wi-Fi either? I only had a single bar of 4G. Is this the middle ages? have I been sent back in time to 11th century Italy without me knowing? Am I supposed to go on a hunt? Court the damsels in the nearest castle, learn how to joust, and attend feasts and banquets in presence of my liege Lord paramount??? Please just install Wi-Fi and AC. Also, there was mold in the shower. And the front door is in the stairs.

Great location, only being there for 1 night it was easy to access the property and everything we wanted was on our doorstep. The studio was laid out well and lovely and clean.

No air con, which we knew so no fault of the property but it was very hot to sleep! And there was no toilet paper on arrival.
