Very clean and right in the center.

The lack of AC in this hot weather was a bit tedious. Also could think about installing wi-fi, as the mobile reception was not great.

Location was perfect, spacious room and nice decor.

It didn’t have air con and was very hot inside.

Stunning property, photos don’t do it justice. Great location, in the centre of everything. Very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, fresh water supplied. Great shower & very cool space. Good fan for the hot nights also. Easy to find and clear instructions.

Noisy early morning, I believe due to delivery drivers. Wasn’t a big issue and wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

The house was located close to the Arno River. It is on a street with small bars and restaurants, situated in a side street off the shopping avenue. It is a small, functional, and clean house.

There was no Wi-Fi internet at home. I sent a message about this issue, but they did not respond. Additionally, phones definitely do not get any signal at home. Callers can’t reach us, and we can’t use the internet. If there’s an emergency, you can’t even make a call because there is no phone signal. For a tourist, the most important thing is the internet; I wish they had responded to my message.

Great location and very clean.

Perfect location, very comfortable and clean. Simple, nicely decorated and had a good shower. I already want to come back!

The only thing that's missing is Wi-fi connection.

It was nice staying at Suite Heart. The room is really big with a very nice design. The bathroom is minimalistic with a very interesting passage to the shower (we like it). It is locate right in the center of the action, with great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops nearby. For us was over the expectations!

However it is helpful to have wi-fi, because we didn’t had signal on our phones in the apartment.

Such a lovely stay, the apartment is ideally located, there is a shop just around the corner and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and spacious, the main bed is very comfy but the sofa bed was very creaky.

Due to the central location the apartment is extremely noisy at night. We were woken by people shouting, singing and crying until 2am, not ideal for family but maybe you wouldn’t care if you plan to stay out late yourselves.
