Suite Heart

The location and local amenities - we were a 6minute walk to the tower. Perfect.

Collecting the keys was easy, instructions were sent on the day of arrival with an image of the lock box. My only comment would be, that the box is on a different building to the actual suite and we could not work out how to get in as the actual door looked like private apartments with no signage for the suite. My advice would be to also send a picture of the actual entrance and advise what building it is, as this part was a little confusing for us and we were trying to access a door next to the box which turned out to be part of a retail store which was wrong. However. We text the host and they replied immediately telling us what building it was.

Apartment was very central within pisa and was clean with newly fitted kitchen. Kitchen had all necessary equipment to make meals if wishing too. Overall it was a lovely apartment and a good price. Even with sleeping in separate beds we would rent this apartment again. Host was contactable and good communication for self check in.

Main bed was quite small so as a couple we did not feel we would be able to sleep together in it, especially in the heat. We pulled out the sofa bed and one person slept on the bed and one on the sofa bed. They were both very comfortable and we did sleep well. Apartment door overlooks the staircase so need to be careful on exiting the flat as one one occasion I almost fell down the stairs.

Received instructions in Italian to collect the keys. The keys had to be collected in a different building to our guest room - slightly confusing!

It was in the city centre, comfortable bed, big enough apartment with self check-in.

No wifi and cellular signal was really low inside.

It was clean and the interior was nice. Plenty of room and spacious bathroom. Flexible check-in/check-out. Close to city center and train station. Nice communication with host. The kitchen was sufficient for preparing breakfast and light dinner.

It got very noisy at night because it’s a busy area and hot. No air conditioning, only a floor ventilator. We kept the windows open for fresh air but got disturbed by the loudness outside. One kitchen shelf door was lose and got disconnected by opening the self. We fixed it but needs to be looked over.
