Giles Apart

Apartment had everything what we needed for cooking and also for Basic hygiene. TV + couch so thats also good to have.

Unfortunately heater in rooms didn’t work at all + we had some wierd timing when owner was selling apartment so we cleaned the apartment for other ppl and also on random day uninvited real astate agent came into the apartment. Not a big deal or any serious problems occured but it was kinda wierd

Complicated to get into the apartment the short Clip could be misunderstood . unclear where to park your car . unclear how long you could park you car

Very clean flat, comfortable. Nearby the centre by car.

If you travel via car is only "permit holder" or pay parking (max 4h) until 17:30, which works for leaving the car overnight but meant we needed to move the car during the day. Although it was not a big issue it would have been helpful to know in advance to include the parking costs into the holiday budget.

Free water and coke.

The owner used the word bullshit when i showed him that the property had cackroach and the radiators are broken before we even use it. The towels and the rags are both inside the washing machine in which we ended up not using the towel provided 🤮 also door doesnt have a double lock.

Clean rooms and comfortable stay. Easy public transportation. Nice kitchen.

Expected more responsive person to communicate.

The apartment was clean, and the kitchener was quite ok. Bed were comfy.

The hot water was not very limited for 6 people. The TV was not working, though in the utilities they showcase they have a TV. Beds were comfy but very small for two people. Kitchener could have more items.

The kitchen appeared good.

The staff was extremely rude. They were falsely advertising as Free wifi where as there was no Free wifi. When we asked the contact person, he was so rude and said he don't intend to give Free Wifi. One cot was broken and there was no hot water in one tiny washroom. The washroom had a musty smell.

The owner did not give us entry details and I had to message several times. We arrived at the property at 9pm as we advised. We entered the property to find it had not been cleaned and beds were just as they had been slept in. We immediately left and found an alternative. We contacted the owner who was dismissive until we supplied photos of the uncleaned property. He refused to give us a refund and blocked my messages. Awful experience.
